PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable quick detecting of an abnormality and stopping of a laser beam machine when an unexpected accident, such as the development of a hole in a billows, happens, by arranging a lead wire in the bellows. SOLUTION: The lead wire 9 is formed at each corner part of the bellows 1. Then, the bellows 1 is fitted between a beam path duct and a machining head of the lead beam machine 20 and also, the one end 9a of the lead wire 9 is connected with the one side of terminal 20a arranged at the laser beam machine 20 and the other end 9b is connected with the other side of terminal 20b to use the bellows. By this constitution, at the time of turning on a switch 21, an LED 22 as a lamp is turned on. Therefore, since the LED 22 is turned off in the case the lead wire 9 breaks by irradiation of the laser beam, an operator can confirm by this state that the hole is developed in the bellows 1. Further, the terminals 20a, 20b arranged in the machine 20 can be connected with an electric power source of the machine 20 or a buzzer instead of the lamp so that the machine 22 is stopped or the buzzer is worked. |
