<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a remarkable improvement of an abrasive resistant characteristic by a method wherein a soft synthetic resin forming an outer layer and a covered material comprised of rubber material which can be adhered are applied around a rubber stripe forming an inner layer and the rubber material stripe is formed by rubber material having a more superior abrasive resistant characteristic than that of the covering material. SOLUTION: An abrasive resistant house 1 is comprised of an outer layer 2 made of a soft synthetic resin, a hard helical reinforcing member 4 made of a hard synthetic resin adhered to an outer surface of the outer layer 2 and an inner layer 5 made of rubber material. The inner layer 5 is made such that the stripe 6 having as its major member rubber having a superior abrasive resistant characteristic with a substantial parallelogram in section is extruded, molded, wound in helical shape and formed, although covering material 7 having as its major member NBR extruded from a cross head of an extruder in concurrent with an extruding molding operation of the stripe 6 is integrally applied around an entire circumference of the stripe 6 and adhered to it, wherein the side edges of the adjoining stripes 6 are integrally assembled through valvanization adhesion when the adjoining covering materials 7 are vulcanized and formed so as to form an inner surface of the house 1.</p> |
