PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data receiver provided with a carrier frequency offset estimation means hardly affected by propagation characteristics for improving the estimation accuracy of a frequency offset by multiplying an impulse power component by a frequency offset value after estimation and using the method of least squares from the error component of demodulation signals. SOLUTION: In correlation operation parts 1-3 (1-3-1-1-3-n), the correlation operation between known signals which a frequency offset amount is multiplied by in a phase rotation part 102 and reception signals is performed and impulse power to the respective frequency offsets is calculated. Then, maximum impulse power in respective branches is detected in a frequency offset extraction part 1-4, an arithmetic operation based on a prescribed numerical formula is executed to the estimated frequency offsets of the respective branches in an estimated value control part 1-5 and the frequency offset in this data receiver is estimated. In first offset compensation parts 1-6 (1-6-1-1-6-n), compensation is performed to the reception signals and the compensated signals are outputted to output terminals 1-7 (1-7-1-1-7-n). |
