<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably shorten the coating time of a multi-layer electrode sheet and provide the manufacturing process of the multi-layer electrode sheet with no defect by coating a plurality of layers at once. SOLUTION: An electrode material coating solution of each layer sent from an outside solution supply facility to slots 7, 8, 9 of an extrusion die 13 through solution reservoirs 10, 11, 12 after metering is applied in multi-layer constitution to a substrate sheet 2 continuously supplied through the gap between a coating roller 11 and lips 3, 4, 5, 6 which are the tips of slots 7, 8, 9 by the rotation of the coating roller 1. The coating time of the electrode sheet having multi- layer constitution is remarkably shortened, and the manufacturing process of the electrode sheet having multi-layer constitution constituted with a uniform quality film with no defect caused by bubbles is obtained.</p> |
