PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly find a regulation error for regulating a PLL circuit inside a receiver by constituting the regulation error based on a pseudo error as the function of error for weighting. SOLUTION: A receiver 2 has two mixers 3 and 4. On one hand, these mixers 3 and 4 input signals received by the receiver 2 onto input terminals 11 and 12. On the other hand, rectangular signals from a 90 deg. phase shifter 13 are inputted onto input terminals 5 and 6. The shifter 13 inputs a sine wave signal from a local oscillator 14. The output sides of the mixers 3 and 4 are respectively connected to the input sides of LPF 15 and 16. A/D converters 17 and 18 respectively output a real number element X'n and an imaginary number element X"n of a sample Xn to error arithmetic units 19 and 20. A phase comparator 21 outputs a regulation error En to be outputted to a loop filter 23. The filter 23 controls a voltage controlled oscillator 24 and the output of the oscillator 24 controls the A/D converters 17 and 18. |
