<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC switch capable of preventing mistaken ignition and easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: This AC switch is constructed into a Darlington connection structure where an output terminal of a driving stage bidirectional thyristor 12 is directly connected with a gate terminal of an output stage bidirectional thyristor 14. The driving stage bidirectional thyristor 12 is adapted such that a first thyristor 12a where a first rsistor R1 is connected with an anode electrode and a cathode electrode and a second thyristor where a second resistor R2 is connected with the anode electrode or the cathode electrode are anti- parallely connected, and the first thyristor 12a, the second thyristor 12b, the first resistor R1, and the second resistor R2 are disposed symmetrically on the same chip and are integrated.</p> |
