PURPOSE:To eliminate the application of releasant and the washing-off of the releasant adhered to a product and contrive to save labor by a method wherein bending method is performed with an outer mold without using a mandrel. CONSTITUTION:The manufacture concerned is equipped with a filling process 4 for filling filler 9 in the interior of a semi-cured straight hose 8, a frame fitting process 5 for bending the hose 8 which has passed the filling process 4 so as to insert in a bending frame 11, a vulcanizing process 6 for vulcanizing the hose 8 which has passed the frame fitting process 5, and a discharging process 7 for taking the hose 8 which has passed the vulcanizing process 6 out of the bending frame 11 and discharging the filler 9 out of the hose 8. By bending the hose, which is semi-cured in advance, semi-curing makes rubber hard to be damaged during a cutting-off process 3, the filling process 4 and the frame fitting process 5 and, in addition, makes bent part hard to be flattened during bending. Thus, releasant and the washing-off of the releasant, which are necessary up to now, becomes unnecessary. |
