PURPOSE:To enhance gas barrier properties at the place of a closure element in a lid device constituted so that an opening hole is provided to a lid element made of a metal plate to be closed by the closure element made of a synthetic resin and the closure element is torn by pulling a pull ring to open the opening hole. CONSTITUTION:A lid element 2 is held between first and second molds 7, 10 and a film 3 is arranged between the lid element 2 and the second mold 10 and, in this state, a molten synthetic resin 12 is injected into the cavity 6 for molding a closure element of the first mold 7 under pressure. The film 3 is broken through by the pressure of the molten synthetic resin and the molten synthetic resin 12 flows in a cavity 9 for molding a pull ring to be molded and the film 3 becomes the state bonded to the entire outer surface of the closure element. |
