PURPOSE: To improve the dissolution rate of ozone gas, to suppress the atmospheric discharge of the ozone gas and to prevent atmospheric pollution by providing a sprinkler for promoting the dissolution of ozone gas in water and a catalytic filter for reducing the remaining non-dissolved ozone gas into oxygen gas. CONSTITUTION: When performing ozone washing an ozone feed valve 18 is opened, and water is introduced into a gas/liquid mixer 11 and mixed with the ozone gas generated by an ozone gas generator 13 and let flow into the gas/liquid mixer 11. Concerning the provided ozone gas dissolved water, the dissolution of ozone gas in water is promoted with the passage through a gas/ liquid reaction tube 27, afterwards, the water is sprinkled by a sprinkler 26 and used for ozone washing in a washing tub 3. At such a time, a little ozone gas, which is not dissolved until passing the washing tub 3, is sucked by the operation of a motor fan 24, reduced when made to pass through a catalytic filter 23 and discharged into the atmosphere as oxygen almost harmless to human body. |
