<p>PURPOSE:To improve the film thickness of peripheral walls of molded multi- layered parison by forming, at least four places at approximately equal distances on the circle, flowing inlets which serve to make submaterial flow relative to submaterial cylindrical nozzles provided on a multi-layered head. CONSTITUTION:A first submaterial 50 extruded from a first submaterial extruder 22 is sent to a first submaterial cylindrical nozzle 16 via a first semi-circular extruding path, a pair of supplying ports, a pair of submaterial arc flowing paths 21, and four flowing inlets 21a, 21b, so that a pair of first submaterials 51 having a uniform film thickness and being in a cylindrical shape are formed within the nozzle 16. And, a second submaterial 51 extruded from a second submaterial extruder 30 is sent to each inner layer and outer layer second submaterial cylindrical nozzle 17, 18 via a first and second semi-circular extruding paths 40, 41, each supplying port, a pair of second submaterial arc flowing paths 34, 35, and four flowing inlets 34a, 34b, 35a, 35b, thereby forming a pair of second submaterials 52 having uniform film thicknesses and being in cylindrical shapes within each nozzle 17, 18.</p> |
