The floor panel (1) consists of a self-supporting sheet metal panel (2) with ribs (7), resting on brackets (14) and covered by a load distribution panel (4), a resilient separating layer (4) and a walking surface (5), with an insulating layer (6) beneath the metal panel. The interior of the metal panel ribs are also filled with an insulating material (8). The modular floor panels can be assembled in the workshop and fitted together on site.
