The pieces for assembly of two or more panels (2,3) with each other or with the ceiling or floor of an enclosure by the joining together at their edges or with rails (40,50) fixed to the floor or ceiling by intermediary elements, is characterised in that a seal (A,B,C) is placed on at least one longitudinal internal wing of the sections (4,5,41,51) of a panel (2,3) or of a rail (40,50) before it is mounted by joining onto another corresponding panel or rail. This is done in a manner to form a discrete seal which automatically interposes itself between the two facing wings of the two successive sections simultaneously in their putting in position by joining.
