The top part (11) of the laminated accumulator (1) is heated by a preliminary pipe (10) connected to a heat exchanger (9) itself connected to a return pipe (7) reaching into the lowest part (4) of the laminated accumulator, where it is connected to a circulating pump (8). A temperature sensor (16) is positioned in the middle part of the accumulator and affects the heat source (26,32) operating upon the heat exchanger. The preliminary pipe is connected to the return pipe by a bypass pipe (22) and valve (21). The bypass valve is controlled thermostatically in relation to the temperature of the heated water flowing out of the heat exchanger. The bypass pipe is connected between the circulating pump and the heat exchanger.
