The winding head holder has holding elements secured to the end bearing plate of the motor, for securing the stator windings to prevent noise caused by vibration. The electrical machine may have a cable guide holder (61), with at least one connector plug for internal wiring, combined with the motor end bearing plate and provided with 2 holding elements with axial retaining tongues (79,81 ; 83,85), engaging the stator winding heads.
