The housing (1) has traction roller elements (17,18) between the discs (15,16) each of which has a pivot axle intersected at right angles by an oscillation axis. Support elements (19,20) rotarily support the traction roller elements. A wire (32) joins the first ends of the support elements and has an intersecting point. the support elements are joined by connections (21,22). A carrier (24) joined to the housing supports the centres of the connections so that the support elements perform synchronous strokes in opposite directions along the oscillation axes of the traction roller elements. A cavity (24b) near the wire is in one end of the connection-carrier and contains the intersection point of the wire.
