PURPOSE:To reduce probability in the collision of packets in each unit switch by using a unit switch provided with one or plural sub-input terminals and one or plural sub-output terminals as each unit switch. CONSTITUTION:A switching network 2 is constituted of three stages 204-206 and each stage has four unit switches 1. Each input terminal and each output terminal of each unit switch 1 respectively have double terminal structure consisting of a main terminal and a subterminal, the input of a main input terminal is distributed into a main output terminal and the input of a subinput terminal is distributed into a suboutput terminal.
