PURPOSE:To reduce a talking wait time by storing a location registration area in which a mobile station stays at a base station and informing it to the mobile station when there is a difference from zone changeover so as to revise the position. CONSTITUTION:When a mobile station 12 in a radio zone corresponding to its own base station moves from a radio zone, a base station 11 delivers information to the mobile station. Then a position registration area number stored in a storage means of its own base station is transferred to a base station relating to a radio zone being a moving destination of the mobile station by using a 1st transfer means. Furthermore, at the end of a call of the mobile station 12, the coincidence or dissidence of the position registration area number to be stored with the position registration area number transferred from the other base station is discriminated. In the case of dissidence, a 2nd transfer means delivers a new position registration area number to the mobile station 12 and an exchange station 13 to revise the position and the content of the storage means of its own station is revised. Then at the end of the call, the mobile station 12 obtains information of a new zone and the time required for the start of succeeding talking is reduced, then the wait time is reduced.
