<p>PURPOSE:To allow the electronic mail system to take definite countermeasure in response to the transmission state by devising the transmission state of the communication requested by a sender operator is confirmed timely or in real time. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with an electronic mail equipment 7 sending the communication content requested by a sender to a destination in facsimile transmission. Then a work station 13 provided with a display device 35 is connected to an electronic mail system 1 and the transmission state of the requested communication to the destination is dynamically displayed on a screen 35a of the display device 35 by allowing the work station 13 to access the electronic mail equipment 7. As the transmission state, any of intransmission display, transmission end display, transmission wait display and unarrived display is indicated.</p> |
