摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser pulse oscillator capable of stably having highly repeated optical pulse. SOLUTION: An optical fiber 10 in length capable of giving nonlinear phase variation by self phase modulation effect exceeding aboutπ/30 to optical pulse is provided in a resonator while the spectrum width of an osillation pulse is restricted by an optical filter 7 so that individual optical pulse may suffer the loss responding at ultrahigh speed affected by the photo intensity thereby enabling the energy of individual optical pulse to be equalized for abating the super mode noise.
