PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the data more properly when data kind information is of a prescribed content by adding copy control information to the data kind information and outputting it. SOLUTION: The data in a data storage 1 are sent to an information separator 3 in a data converter 2 at every sector. In the separator 3, the real data are separated from the information data, and the real data are sent to an information adder 6 and a terminal, and the information data are sent to a data kind take-out device 4 and a copy control information take-out device 5. In the take-out device 4, the data kind of the real data is discriminated, and the data kind information is sent to the adder 6. In the take-out device 5, the copy control information of the real data is discriminated, and the copy control information is sent to the adder 6. In the adder 6, the data kind information and the copy control information are added to the real data and sent to the terminal 7. |
