PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily follow up a surface being eminently not flat like a cylindrical shape for coincidence and be formed of a compressed microporous insulation material having simple structure. SOLUTION: A flexible heat insulation panel contains a block formed such that a microporous insulation material 7 formed of individual particles contained in a porous envelop 1 is hardened, and the block is formed such that by permeating the particles of the insulation material 7 in the small holes of the envelop on the surface of the block, the particles are joined with the envelop. The envelop 1 at least partially contains an expandable material and the block hardened in such a state that the expandable material is still joined with the block and the expandable material of the envelop joined with the block are caused to coincide with a surface not being flat. |
