PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel film and a sheet, which are adapted for spontaneous decomposition, free of environmental pollution and excellent in antistaic property and mechanical performance. SOLUTION: This film is composed from an antistatic (electricity restricted) polymer 1, in which a polymer containing an aliphatic polyester as its main component and an antistatic agent selected from among a surface-active agent, a polyalkylene ether and a polyalkylene ether derivative are mixed with each other, and a film forming polymer 2 containing an aliphatic polyester as its main component. Also, the antistatic polymer 1 has a volume resistivity of at most 1×10<12>Ω.cm, and the ratio of composition (volumetric ratio) of the antistatic polymer 1 to the film forming polymer 2 is in the range of 5/95 to 70/30.
