PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-reinforced styrene resin which likely produces less dust during preparation and has good extrusion stability and stable quality. SOLUTION: A rubber-reinforced styrene resin in a pellet or granular form is prepd. from a graft copolymer (A) prepd. by polymerizing a rubbery polymer with a vinyl monomer and a styrene polymer (B). In this case, a powdery graft copolymer (A) with the content of a fine powder having a size of not more than 53μm being not more than 10wt.% is mixed with a styrene polymer (B) with the content of a fine powder having a size of not more than 53μm being not more than 10wt.%.
