<p>A method of using an antacid agent for preventing sucralfate from adsorbing or trapping other drugs; and a pharmaceutical preparation which comprises sucralfate, other drug(s), and an antacid agent, and in which the sucralfate is prevented from adsorbing or trapping the other drug(s). The use of an antacid agent in a preparation containing sucralfate and other drug(s) in combination is effective in preventing interactions between the sucralfate and the other drug(s), such as inhibition or retardation of drug absorption and decrease in drug activity.</p> |
