The individual housing is inscribed in a rectangular space (A-D) closed with the exception of a rectangular access corner area (DEFG). A courtyard (and/or a garden) constitutes the corner (HBIJ) of the space diagonally opposite to the access area. A garage constitutes a corner (EAKF), contiguous with the access area, with a vehicle access door (1). A first rectangular building (KHJF) between the garage and the courtyard has a corridor (2) adjoining the garage with a pedestrian access door (1') to the garage. There are several rooms (3) leading off from the corridor whose windows (4) look onto the courtyard. The corridor also leads to a bathroom (5). A second rectangular building (FICG) has a window (6) looking onto the courtyard and a side window (7) looking onto the access area.
