Fastening arrangement for roof-rail support foot

The fastening arrangement comprises a bolt (3) which projects from the roof surface of the vehicle. The bolt has a neck part (6) and a one-sided head (7). The fastening arrangement also has first bore (8) in the support foot (2) for receiving the free end-section of the bolt. There is a transverse bore (9) at right angles to the first bore, and a locking element (10) which can be inserted into the transverse bore. The locking element is formed as a bushing with an off-centre opening (11), with uneven wall thickness. It has a free axial slot (12) in the area of the smallest wall thickness. At the other end, in one of the bushing walls, a radial slut (13) is formed over a part of its periphery.
