The invention concerns a heel-support rail comprising a resiliently sprung rail element (1) and a calf holder (3) which can move along the rail element (1) and comprises at least one dished element (4). A guide groove (5) for receiving an upper section of the rail element (1) is formed in the dished element (4). According to the invention, in order to simplify the production of a heel-support rail of this type and to improve acceptance thereof by a patient, an elongate hole (11), which is aligned approximately in the longitudinal direction of the guide groove (5) and accommodates a path-limiting device (10), is provided in the dished element (4) in the region of the guide groove (5).
