PURPOSE:To form a sticking part of an envelope efficiently and reliably, by a method wherein the side part of one side of a laminated sheet is stuck to a surface layer side by inverting the same to the surface layer side, a surface layer and rearside layer of a programmed part for sticking the envelope are stuck together and adhesion between the backside layers in a piled up part is performed through high-frequency induction heating. CONSTITUTION:A laminated sheet 5 for a paper vessel is provided with a base material 1 for a packaging material containing a metallic layer within laminar constitution, a surface layer 2 with polyolefin resin and a rearside layer 4 with low crystalline linear saturated polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of at least 40 deg.C. The side part of the other side part of the laminated sheet 5 is piled up on an inverted part obtained by inverting the side part of one side of the laminated sheet 5 to a surface layer 2 side by climbing over the inverted part, a piled up part is welded thermally and a sticking part of an envelope is formed. The surface layers 2, 2 of the inverted part are stuck to each other by heating and pressurizing the inverted part A. The surface layer 2 and rearside layer 4 of a programmed part B of sticking the envelope are thermally welded by performing flame treatment of them, the side part of the one side part and the side part of the other side are piled up each other while both the layers 2, 4 are under a thermally melted state, pressurized and stuck together. Adhesion between adhesive surfaces of the rearside layers 4, 4 of the laminated sheet 5 in the piled up part C is performed with high-frequency induction heating. |
