PURPOSE:To perform assembling works very simply by parallelly installing contacts having equal length, folding this contact plate to a specific angle in a lamp in a specified position so that a right angle arrangement to the contacts is established, and mounting an insulator thereon by means of mold-in process, etc. CONSTITUTION:Contacts 11 having equal length are installed in parallel, coupled together by a coupling part 12, and cut by an insulative tape 13 into a square form smaller than the dimensions of the contact 11, and two such pieces as into the same size are provided. From the two sides, insulative tapes 13 are fixed to the contacts 11 which are coupled together by the coupling part 12. The contact plate is folded about the diagonal of the tapes 13 so that arrangement at right angle to the contacts 11 is established. Then the contacts 11 are severed off from the coupling part 12, and the part having got rid of the coupling part 12 is subjected to a mold-in-process with insulator over the whole area but the connecting parts with the contacts 11, and thus an equal-length right angle connector is achieved. |
