The bag body 10 extends an opening 26 by expansion, develops a garnish and faces downward to the inside of a car room from the opening 26. The bag body 10 is lengthy in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle and can sufficiently absorb kinetic energy of an occupant head part by supporting the occupant head part even when an occupant changes his position along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. Additionally, the longitudinal direction of the storage case 18 is made the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the bag body 10 and a direction along a roof side and a front pillar, and it comes to be possible to easily assemble it in a limited space by installing a bracket 40 on an inner panel extending along the roof side and the front pillar. |
