PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser machining method for machining a precise component, e.g. an ink jet nozzle having high ink jetting/printing quality, easily in a short time. SOLUTION: Light is emitted from a light source 26 toward a mask 28 having an open part for passing the light and a closed part for intercepting the light. A light diffracted at the time of passing through the open part of mask 28 is caused to interfere with other light before impinging, as a machining light, on an object 31 to be machined. The object 31 is machined by generating abrasion in the object 31 by the energy of machining light. |
