PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the productivity of dampers wherein a plurality of processes are performed in parallel with respect to the process which takes most time, such as injection or cover fixing, so as to equalize the time to be taken of the process with other processes and to contiguously performing a series of processes in a method of manufacturing hydraulic dampers. SOLUTION: At the container set station S1 in a certain position, a pivot table 28 pick up two containers thereon each time the table 28 rotates for two pitches, and in the injection station S3 at downstream the fluid injector 34 inject fluid to both two containers at the same time. Further, at the cover setting station S5 at downstream thereof, a cover is set to the two containers with fluid injected simultaneously, and at the cover fixing stations S7A and S7B at two locations of the downstream, the cover will be fixed one by one at the same time. |
