<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce NOx with high efficiency without exerting adverse effect on the air due to white smoke, etc., by inserting a liquid spray nozzle from a kiln end toward a clinker drop opening and spraying a denitrification additive into waste gas in a kiln from the nozzle. SOLUTION: A denitrification device is connected to a kiln end A of a rotary kiln 1, and has a liquid spray nozzle 12 having tip part inserted into the rotary kiln 1 from the kiln end A toward a clinker drop opening. The nozzle 12 can jet two fluids at the same time. One side feed port 13 is connected to compressed air supply, and the other side feed port 14 is connected to two tanks 18, 19 for a denitrification additive through a flow meter 15, a solenoid valve 16 and a pump 17. When the solenoid valve 16 is opened and a solenoid valve 22 is closed and the pump 17 is driven, the denitrification additive is sent to the feed port 14 of the nozzle 12 and is sprayed into kiln waste gas stream from the tip of the nozzle 12 toward the clinker drop opening in the rotary kiln 1.</p> |
