PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a rolling bearing further to avoid a disadvantage of conventional technique so that simple assembly can be realized when a holder and a roller are already inserted in 8 bearing which is pre-assembled completely at the time of manufacture which is desirable from the viewpoint of cost of a guide ring. SOLUTION: In a rolling bearing having a spherical face race passage in which at least one guide ring which is guided in an outer ring race passage is provided to guide a rolling member or a holder, the guide ring 5 consists of two ring segments, and these ring segments are arranged between rows of rolling members or in parallel with the rows of rolling members loosely and are shape-connected and held in a spherical face of an outer ring 2.
