PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively form a means for preventing injustice by integrally vertically providing a thin-walled nozzle on the upper surface of the top wall of the pouring-out lid separately provided to a container and fusing the upper end part of the nozzle to providing a self-closable outflow passage and cutting the outflow passage at a predetermined position to open a pouring-out port. SOLUTION: The pouring-out lid 10 threaded with the neck part vertically provided at the central part of the shoulder wall 3 of a container 1 is formed from the same synthetic resin material as the container 1 and a thin-walled nozzle 13 is integrally vertically provided on the upper surface of a top wall 12 and a flat fused part 14 is formed to the upper end wall 12 thereof. This part is formed by forming a thin-walled cylindrical member to the top wall 12 in a protruding state to close the upper end part thereof and holding the same between two heating plates to fuse the same. At this time, an outflow passage 15 composed of a non-fused part is formed to the fused part 14 and the front and rear walls of the nozzle 13 are mutually closely bonded by its elastic force and the nozzle has a self-closing property. When this pouring-out container 1 is used, the nozzle 13 is cut from the position of notches 16, 16 to provide a pouring-out port to the outflow passage of the nozzle 13. |
