PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a bladder behavior displacement exactly in both lengthwise and transverse postures. SOLUTION: A cylindrical supporter 10 is protrudingly-formed inside a bladder coaxially, and a coaxial switch supporter 28 is formed inside the supporter 10. A proximity switch is fitted onto the supporter 28, and a plurality of sliding members 17 which slide in the bladder radial direction are formed at regular intervals axially. A pressure receiving part 18 which faces the inner surface of the bladder is formed at one end of the sliding member 17, and at the other end, a movable magnetic body 25 is formed.
