<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep replenishment in an article feed box at appropriate timing even when the mistaken picking or depressing a picking completion button by an operator is generated, or even when the article feed box is stopped on an inclined shelf in article replenishing equipment. SOLUTION: An article feed box 7 at a forward end is taken away from the downstream side of an inclined shelf 5, a detecting means 15 arranged on the inclined shelf 5 detects that the article feed box 7 is moved downstream, and a new article feed box 7 is replenished. Elapse of a prescribed time by a control means 17 is added in the detection by the detecting means 15, 16 to detect any skipped condition in which the intermediate article feed box 7 is stopped and excessive replenishment of the article feed boxes.</p> |
