PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the degree of a fluorescent lamp lens protruding beyond the ceiling by scooping out a head lining near a tube body and arranging the tube body regarding a metal member of the vehicle roof panel as its electrode. SOLUTION: A head lining 2 on the compartment ceiling near where a fluorescent lamp tube body 1 is to be fitted is scooped out and the tube body 1 is arranged regarding a metal reinforcement member 4 provided in the interior of a roof panel as its electrode. Thus space inside the compartment is enlarged. The reinforcement member 4 is electrically connected to the electric potential of the vehicle body. A lamp spring 5 supporting the tube body 1 is fitted to the reinforcement member 4 through a spring bracket 6 so that it may be of same electric potential as the reinforcement member 4. The tube body 1 is connected to an inverter circuit 8 through a harness 7 and the positive electrode of the inverter circuit 8 is connected to a DC power source. The negative electrode is connected to the spring bracket 6 as well as being ground and the tube body 1 is covered by a lens 11. |
