<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily lay a sheathing pipe and maintain it in a serviceable condition for a long time by forming a liner through the through holes of a spacer at the upper part of the inner face of a sewage pipe, then inserting sheathing pipes for cable insertion through a passageway under the upper part of the inner face of the sewage pipe, and packing a back filling material into the back side of the liner and the passageway through through holes. SOLUTION: A porous curved plate-like spacer 2 is provided across the entire length of a top area inside an existing sewage pipe 1, and a passageway for a back filling material is formed between the spacer 2 and the top inner part of sewage pipe 1. In addition, numerous through holes 5 for the back filling material are formed in the spacer 2, and flexible sheathing pipes 6 are inserted running through the center part 3A of the passageway 3 in the pipe axial direction and are held between a rib piece 4 and pins 7. Further, a liner 10 is formed by strips 8 and joiners 9 from the top of the spacer 2 in the sewage pipe 1, and a hose is inserted into the center part 3A of the passageway 3 to pack the back filling material into the center part 3A. The back filling material is packed into a void 13 on the back face side of the liner 10 passing through the through holes 5 and at the same time, is packed into both side parts 3B, 3B of the passageway 3.</p> |
