FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming sheathing from bottom to top proportionally to plant growth; spilling nutritive soil into sheathing around plant stem; increasing space between sheathing wall and plant stem at each stage of forming sheathing. Apparatus has a row of containers telescopically nested one within the other. Containers have open upper and lower ends. Lowest container has bottom. Sheathing is formed by successively extending containers in upward direction. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and provision for adequate growing conditions. 3 cl, 4 dwg |
