<p>The removal of the volatile products of the raw polymerisation product containing less than 50 weight percent of the polymerisation product is done with the use of an organic solvent together with a remaining monomer, after having passed the reaction, and this removal is provided based on the heating of the polymerisation product at lower pressure, than the atmospheric one is and after that, the volatile products are evaporated of the polymerisation product and the coagulation of the polymer containing less than 1 percent of the volatile product is provided. Polymethylacrylate is used as a vinyl-polymer or co-polymer containing 80 up to 99 weight percent of methylacrylate and 1 up to 20 percent of methylacrylate and/or ethylacrylate and the raw polymerisation product is being heated, in one stage, to the temperature of 200 up 270 Celsius degrees and at the pressure sufficient to maintain a liquid phase, when heating this mixture and the evaporation is provided at the pressure of 1,3 up to 20 kPa.</p> |
