<p>When applying a way of disposal closed to toxic or infection waste substances, the solid waste substances containing halogen in a high quantity, covers made based on plastic materials, the waste substances which have risen in hospitals, and so on, and when applying a way closed to recycling of reusable substances together with deactivation of substances being unable of recycling and of a conversion in a gas form, a gasification is provided based on the pyrolysis, while no access of air is possible and the oxygen content is reduced, however pyrolysis cracking gas is created, as a result of a direct combustion of gases prepared in the process of pyrolysis and cracking of the above mentioned gases. The autoclave is supplied by the waste substances which shall be neutralised and a partial gasification of these substances is provided, in the first stage of gasification, during 20 minutes up to 6 hours, at the temperature of 250 up to 320 Celsius degrees, after that they are cooled a processed so that granulate or pellets, a size of which is 1 up to 5 mm, and these products are processed subsequently with the use of the second stage closed to the pyrolysis gasification, at the temperature of 550 up to 600 Celsius degrees. Pyrolysis gas is created as a result of this operation which separated of the rest substances, represented by carbon, ash, particles closed to heavy metals and by the other particles. Liquid intermediate products created in the autoclave, as a result of a partial gasification, oil or tar particles, as for instance, are coming to the second gasification stage, while gas separated in the autoclave in the first gasification stage is exhausted and added to the gas stream coming form the second gasification stage.</p> |
