PURPOSE:To change 180 deg. of rotational angle of a cylindrical door to 90 deg. and reduce a waiting time by having the cylindrical door stand-by at a neutal position closing a doorway between side walls after a passenger controls a verification device and leaves through the inside of the cylindrical door. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical door 10 having an opening 10A is provided between circular side walls 6 and 7 opposed to separation walls 3 in a rotatable manner. After that, the existence of a passenger is detected by a mat-switch 22 and a verification device 41 in the cylindrical door 10 to verify whether the passenger is registered or not. Then, inside and outside detection switches 46 and 47 are arranged to doorways 4 and 5 between the side walls 6 and 7 to rotate and drive the cylindrical door 10. Successively, after the elapse of measured time of an open timer 62 or a mat-timer 61, the cylindrical door 10 is returned to the neutral position at a control section by a detection signal of the mat- switch 22. According to the constitution, even if there are a large number of one-way passengers in a certain time zone, waiting time of passengers can be shortened by rotating the opening 10A of the cylindrical door 10 at 90 deg. only from the neutral position. |
