摘要

PURPOSE:To heighten precision of temperature detection by burying a thermally conductive material locally in the direction of the thickness of a top board and transmitting heat from the thermally conductive material to a temperature detecting apparatus set in the back side of the top board. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of thermally conductive materials 3 are buried in a top board 2 and each of the thermally conductive material 3 is connected thermally to a heat transmitting part 20 fixed in the back side of a top board 2. There is not enough space between a heating coil 10 and the top board 2 and the heat of two of thermally conductive material 3 is transmitted through the heat transmitting part 20 and the temperature is detected by a thermistor 5.
