<p>PURPOSE:To reduce passage pressure loss and perform accurately pressure and flow rate control during the transition period by interposing pilot operating check valves and three-way valves capable of controlling pressure and flow rate on the inflow and outflow sides of an actuator. CONSTITUTION:Pilot operating check valves 24A, 24B and three-way valve 25A, 25B capable of controlling pressure and flow rate are interposed on respective inflow and outflow sides of an actuator 20, and each of three-way valves 25A, 25B is connected to a controller 27. By this manner, as a circuit constitution becomes simple, the passage pressure loss can be reduced. The pressure and flow rate control under the transition conduction can be performed accurately.</p> |
