PURPOSE:To surely perform the cooling of a heat riser by providing a separate cooling water circulation was between the heat riser heating a suction air and the cooling water circulation way of an engine side and releasing the separate cooling water circulation way by a thermo valve at the closing time of the cooling water circulation way of the engine side. CONSTITUTION:The thermostat 3 setting the flow direction of a cooling water according to the temp. of a cooling water is provided on the cooling water circulation way formed between an engine 1 and radiator 4. The heat riser 3 heating a suction air is provided on one of the flow direction of the cooling water. In this device, the circulation way 11 extended toward the heat riser 2 is connected to the water pump 6 which flows the cooling water fed from the radiator 4 to the engine 1. The one end side of the circulation way 11 is connected to the heat riser 2 via a thermovalve 12. The circulation way 11 is thus opened by a thermovalve 12 at warm state time to cool the heat riser 2.
