<p>PURPOSE:To supply proper quantity of lubrication oil when necessary by providing a shaft direction oil passage, an output shaft having a radial oil passage communicating with it, a clutch plate actuated by the shaft direction oil passage, and a control valve which is closed when a clutch is connected to the radial oil passage, and opened when it is disconnected. CONSTITUTION:For taking power, hydraulic oil is supplied under pressure from a hydraulic device to a shaft direction oil passage 20 to go through a hydraulic oil passage 21 to be supplied to a hydraulic oil chamber 12 and a lubrication oil passage 22. A control valve 23 is opened by a spring, and when the hydraulic oil continues to be supplied, a piston 11 is applied to a clutch part 10, oil pressure starts, and oil quantity passing through the lubrication oil passage to be supplied to the clutch part 10 is increased in proportion to the oil pressure inside the shaft direction oil passage 20. When the clutch part 10 starts to be pressed by the piston 11, friction heat is increased, and the oil quantity supplied to the clutch part becomes the maximum at this time. When the oil pressure reaches a specified point, the control valve 23 is closed by the oil pressure, when supply of lubrication oil to the clutch part 10 is stopped. When the clutch is disconnected, hydraulic oil is not supplied, thereby drag torque is decreased.</p> |
