PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an equipment diagnostic device capable of connecting multiple sensors at a low cost by providing the respective sensors and job site controllers to which the sensors are connected, and executing connection with a central controller by means of a network cable. SOLUTION: The outputs of the job controllers 6a-6c are respectively connected to the network cable 12 and the central controller 5 is connected to one end of the network cable. Then, the respective outputs of an acoustic sensor 7, an acceleration sensor 8 and a switch circuit 9 are converted into digital signals by the job site controller 6a and arithmetically processed and its result is transmitted to the central controller 5. When abnormality, etc., occurs by comparing it with a previously set threshold value, an alarm signal is transmitted to the central controller 5. In a same way, the job site controllers 6b and 6c process the outputs of the respective sensors and transmit the results to the central controller 5. Then, the central controller 5 displays data transmitted from the job site controllers 6a-6c as a trend and also preserves it. |
