PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously observe the tissue shapes and the bloodstream kinematics of a subject by scanning the cross section of a desired part by an ultrasonic signal, scanning the same raster at least two times by an ordinary B mode and a harmonic mode, and providing echo signals from the cross section. SOLUTION: A change-over switch 53 of an ultrasonic wave transmission part 21 and a change-over switch 23 of the receiving side are switched by synchronized with a harmonic mode side so that a harmonic mode pulser 54H is made to operate in the transmission side and a BPF 24 is made to enter in a circuit in the receiving side. This constitution can provide a data on a spacial distribution of a ultrasonic contrast medium in a subject by a receiver part 25. Secondly, a timing signal generator 43 is instructed to be an ordinary transmission and an ordinary receiving mode and the change-over switches 53, 23 are switched by synchronized with the ordinary mode side. The ordinary B mode pulser 54B is thus operated in the transmission side, the BPF 24 is removed from the circuit in the receiving side, and the data of the spacial distribution of the tissue shapes of the subject can be provided. |
