PURPOSE:To adjust the degree of granulation of fine particles in a spouted bed granulation section without any relation with a spray drying section by making an upper section in a tank a spray drying section and the lower section of said tank a spouted bed granulation section with an inner cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Raw liquid is sprayed and atomized from a nozzle 4 in a spray drying section 2 of an upper section in a tank and droplets are dried and atomized by the hot air blow coming from a hot air blower 6. Said fine powder is dropped and fed into a spouted bed granulation section 3 of a lower section of the tank. Binder liquid for granulation is sprayed upwardly from a nozzle 5 in said spouted bed granulation section 3. Also, fine particles are raised up in an inner cylinder 7 by the hot air blown in through a porous blade 19, get out of the inner cylinder 7 and reach an enlarging section 18, during which granulation is carried out by the circulation of particles losing speed and dropping down. At that time, the degree of granulation of fine particles is adjusted without any relation with a spray drying section 2 of the upper section by adjusting the feeding speed of the binder liquid for granulation, its concentration and residence time and feeding speed of the hot air coming in. |
